How far in advance should I order?
I recommend ordering at least 1-2 weeks in advance. Availability can fill up quickly, especially around the holidays and summer months.
Do you accept last-minute orders?
Sometimes! Feel free to message me and I'll do my best to fit you in if I can.

Absolutely! Custom designs are always welcome. Send me your ideas, themes, or inspiration photos, and I'll bring them to life.

Pricing varies based on size, design, and detail.
Can I order multiple items for one event?
Yes! I love putting together full dessert spreads - cookie cakes, cupcakes, and more.
Can you match party themes or invitations?
Yes! Send me your invite or inspo pics and I'll match the vibe as closely as possible.
Do you offer writing on cookie cakes?
Of course! Names, ages, short messages - just let me know what you'd like it to say and I will add it.
Can I choose my colors?
Yes! I can match party colors, seasonal palettes, or anything specific you have in mind.
What makes your cookie cakes special?
They're soft, thick, chewy, and decorated with delicious buttercream - always baked and decorated fresh to order!
What sizes do your cookie cakes come in?
12" round, 16" round, 16"x12 rectangle, and 18"x12" rectangle.
How do I store my cookie cake?
Room temperature is the best for storage.
Do you offer gluten-free or dairy-free options?
At this time, I do not specialize in allergen-free baking.
Do your items contain common allergens?
Yes—items may contain or come into contact with wheat, dairy, eggs, soy, and nuts.
Do you have blackout dates?
Occasionally, yes. I’ll always post closures ahead of time on my page.
Is a deposit required at booking?
Full payment is required at the time of ordering for all standard orders. For weddings, a 50% deposit is needed to reserve your date.
Where should I pickup my order?
We are based in Appleton, Wisconsin. Customers will be provided with a pickup address upon ordering.
